Electric! Zingy lemon juice drizzled peaches, some nice minerality. Fruit acid balance is amazing. Every ICU in the country should be serving this, and watch the mortality rate plummet. So good.

Classic slatey, nice sweetness. Good acids. Peach fruit and some green apple and lovely balance and purity. Big viscous mid palate. What a steal at $19.99
Day 2 update - Nose is in overdrive. Complex mineral tones, slate, Apple and peach, some lime candy. Palate is just lit. Complex, deep and balanced. What purity and freshness. God I love sweet Spatlese.
