A Cabernet Sauvignon blended with 24% Carménère, 5% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot from Puente Alto, Maipo, aged for 18 months in barrels and clay vats due to the hot year. The usual local black currant flavors are present, along with maraschino cherry. Complex, with clear influence from the oak, this is an alcoholic wine with a firm structure and taut feel. A serious-minded balance between freshness and flavor allows it to breathe pleasantly. (Joaquín Hidalgo, Vinous, March 2020)

Super surprising. Super young. This is a hell of a wine. One for the cellar. Such opulent fruit complimented by such purity and lift. Damn this is awesome

The 15 might be their best bottle to date. It certainly has all the pedigree in time. JS gave this a 💯...one of three in Chile for 2015.
On the nose; a little funkiness, ripe, ruby fruits of; dark currants & cassis, blackberries, black raspberries, dark plum, plum, creamy raspberries and a touch of strawberries. Incense, black tar, black licorice, dark dry and fresh florals.
The body full but not as full as 07 & 12. The fruits are gorgeously ripe. The wine is still very fresh. The tannins are nicely rounded & just a touch sticky. Blackberries, black raspberries, black plum, plum, dark cherries and strawberries, insense, leather, graphite, stems, stones, crushed rocks, lavender and fields of violets. Big structure, nice tension, well balance with good length. The acidity is round but not as good as the 07 &12. The finish is big, polished with nice fruit and dry tannin structure. 93 with great potential for much more.

I’m going to assume this is whole cluster. You definitely taste the vine although not greeness.
