Decanted 3 hours but needs maybe 5-10 years. Quite nice and a good pairing with a deep sausage ragu. Aromatically quite beautiful - dried flowers, red fruit. Tannins are pretty serious at this point. Nice long finish and balanced acid. Was worried 2015 would be too much but at 14% flat this worked.
