Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo

Oh man. Such a good bottle of wine. Is it red? Is it rose? Who cares? It's got gorgeous pure fruit and fresh acidity.

2016. Love that translucent color. Rich and fleshy, with aromatics of flowers and orange peel, ripe raspberry flavors, lip-smacking acidity, noticeable structure, and a lengthy finish. Just in time for front porch parties.

2015. Juicy raspberry fruit and orange peel beneath mountain flowers. Gorgeous in all ways.

Don’t like rose but do like this a lot.

Great with food off the grill. Raspberry, tart fruit, earth. Much enjoyed.

Montepulciano Cerasuelo. Great summer red; light, crisp and refreshing. Bright red fruit with a smooth finish.
