Spectacular value from Burgundy. Stone fruits with pronounced nuttiness. Great introduction to white burgundy here.

To quote Bottle Shop the “2nd Generation Wine Merchant” Matrot is a textbook example of a basic Bourgogne Blanc, creamy yet zesty and refreshing, not especially substantial yet with enough intrigue to invite repeated sips in search of the mysterious flavors at the heart of good white Burgundy.'

Limestone, fresh wind by the ocean, popcorn kernels, lemon peel.

Light to medium bodied, fresh, light and springy. Little astringent towards the end, but overall appreciate that this one’s fresh and steely, and not super oaky.

Just getting into Chardonnay, so recommendations and advice welcome!

Almost smokey with oak, lime, and mineral, with a touch of pear.

Light and delicious. Amazing for a $20 bottle. Pear, earthy, minerals.

Simple Bourgogne Blanc. Apple and lemon zest with a touch of minerality. Pleasant, but thin.
