Oreno Toscana Super Tuscan Blend

Wonderful Super Tuscan (50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Sangiovese). Beautiful raisin, cherry and prune aromas and flavors. Hints of coffee, herbs, sweet spices and wood. Soft tannins but a long creamy finish and beautifully balanced. Holding up very well. Outstanding!

Super Tuscan. Big and bold. Velvety tannins. After 14 years, this is still strong and alive.

Big with lots of fruit.

One of my favorite Super Tuscans, some oxidation, black current, dark rich fruit, the oak is smoothing out the tannins, still drinking great, but will need to decant at least two hours.

Takes time to come out, even at 11 yrs, but generous, refined after 2 hrs. Licorice, asphalt, very black fruit framed by fine tannins, linear acidity. 2-3 yrs to peak.

Excellent, cherry blackberry tobacco, full bodied tannins. I'd drink it again.
