✔️ 오르넬라이아의 철학을 반영한 레드 블렌딩 (메를로•까베르네쇼비뇽•산지오베제)
✔️ 오픈하자마자 젖은 흙•페퍼•오크•바닐라 향과 체리•블랙베리•플럼 향이 복합적인 레이어를 만듦
✔️ 오픈하고 1시간 뒤에 산미 섞인 향이 팡팡 터지기 때문에, 최소 30분~1시간 전에 미리 오픈하는걸 추천
✔️ 시간이 지날수록 정향•삼나무•버섯 향 섞인 미네랄리티가 잘 느껴지고, 질감도 더 부드러워짐
✔️ 적당한 산미, 약하지 않은 피니쉬, 시간이 지날수록 부드러워지는 질감까지! 가격 대비 넘 맘에 들었음
✔️ 산미 덕분에 이탈리아 음식과 페어링 하면 좋을 듯함
✔️ 3만원대 가격에 쟁여놓기 좋은 맛있는 와인

Red fruit in the nose with raspberries, cherries, anise, vanilla and leather in the palate. Went very well with a 3 cheese flat bread and a spinach-kale Cesar salad.

NOSE: dark herbaceous fruit, black cherry, sandalwood, tree sap, nuts.
TASTE: the way it smells, but simpler - dark cherry and woody spice. Creamy mouthful, but lightweight. The flavor profile I associate with many cheap wines, but done a bit better. Bitter walnut finish. It’s fine, but I am surprised by some of the higher scores. 88.

Tenuta dell’ Ornellia’s entry level offering. Blend of Merlot (50%), Sangiovese (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%). Dark ruby/purple color. Ripe red fruit aromas with hints of tobacco, purple flowers, spices, crushed stones and garrigue. Ripe strawberry, cherry and red currant on the creamy pallet with notes of spices, vanilla, orange zest and cedar. Juicy and luscious. Just a baby, (nicely balanced) but there is a lot to like here. Outstanding QPR! Punches way above its price weight. Happy Birthday Kieth S!
