2020 spring. Calderara Sottana is on the north side of Etna and better known for reds. This was really nice, with lots of flowers and almonds, and a salt / acid backbone. Again, no petrol - again perhaps because of youth. I’d be curious to see how this ages compared to Pietramarina or A’Puddara
