This was opened a few days back the 2013 Tamarack Cellars Wahluke Slope Cabernet Franc from Walla Walla, Washington.

On the nose is black cherry, blackberry, red plum, green bell pepper, herbaceous and wet gravel.

On the palate is raspberries, strawberry, red plum, black currant, green bell pepper, milk chocolate, fall leaves and crushed gravel.

This wine is medium to full bodied with medium + acidity and medium + firm grippy tannins that gives you a long red fruit crushed gravel finish. This weekend try and do something special with a friend or loved one. Enjoy some wine and some good food and stay healthy and safe. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

Big fan. Medium body with good acidity and light tanin. Hint of dark berry, dried herbs and spice. It did a great job of reflecting and highlighting the food flavored back while lingering delicately on the palate, a wonderful, if not rare quality.

Very bland. Kind of like after you've had a few craft beers than switch to Miller High Life. Maybe next time I'll wait a few years to open it.

The spice notes of this wine make it delicious for cuddling in front of the fire.

Good value. Not a typical Cab Franc in flavor. Overall a decent bottle.
