Butter bomb, maybe even a touch over powering. Balanced oak and nice baked apple pie flavors.

Talbott always does Sleepy Hollow justice, and at a great value.

Typical California chard. Big oaky buttery. Sometimes just what you want!

Really enjoy. Not very buttery, but great oak flavor, while still having a good minerality.

2014v. Fairly light on the nose, with just a little bit of tropical fruit. The palette is ripe, sweet fruit: pineapple, mango, yellow apple. French oak is used in the production, but it is mostly used to give a little depth and roundness to the fruit. A decent shot of acidity that lingers on the finish. I'm not a big CA chard guy, but this bottle is for those that want that ripe and sweet CA fruit without the vanilla or butter bomb. If you want something with a drier finish, go old world. 14.2% ABV!
