Camping on Figuera Mountain close to Los Olivos drinking Great Pinot. Bought and retried the wine. 13% plenty of raspberry some cherry and spice. I met Ernst Storm this weekend- definitely a name to watch - his Pinot’s are the most Burg like ones in Santa Barbara right now. Tyler is just as good but more dollars. This one is quite fruit driven but still excellent.

Beautiful nose of flowers, spice, dark cherry juice, and hint of forest. Palate is very nice and in the lighter side. Very similar to nose with some cranberry and spice. Definitely needs more time in the bottle. Still going strong on day 3.
