Amazing right off the bat...fruit-forward, balanced acid and the right amount of structure to hold up to Spicy Thai food and on it's own. It's ripe and juicy with tons of strawberries and cherries. Red fruit almost like Red Vines but nothing sweet. Truly incredible!!
