Time has been kind but this is ready. Sea Smoke is a wine when I first had it that turned me from a moderate wino to full fledged wino. My tastes, palate and preferences have changed and while Sea Smoke can be polarizing it is still pleasurable and reminds me of how much fun and thought provocation wine can bring. Bring it.
