Showed nicely over 36 hours kept in fridge the entire time. showed much more depth at 32 hours, giving off poultry and dark minerals

Clean and fresh but not much flavour or body in the mouth. Very drinkable though - goes down like water!

2013. Nose of lemon and lime and slate. Fairly neutral and not too much fruit. High acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, no oak.
