Drunk ripe cherry, tons of gray stone and late summer field flowers rule the nose. Acidity is angular, almost spiky. Rich, dense vanilla and apricot palate with pleasantly tart limestone backbone. Beautiful.

Luscious, complex Chenin blanc blended with Viognier and Chardonnay. I love this stuff.

2010 vintage. Medium lemon. Salt, wet rocks, roasted hazelnut, caramel and Devon cream. Pronounced. On the palate, full on attack. Ripe stone fruits and melon. Medium plus body, alcohol and acidity. Fully concentrated and generous. Wood is still evident but it's very attractive. A masculine wine for sure. Very long. Probably the best of Sadie's white wines I have had. Very impressive.

Sadie family has the best South African wines. How do they manage? Really original blend of grapes.
