2015 - Vintage - red rim ( looks young for a 8 year old wine - mushroom, tea , spice , ( leads with a lot of other than fruit aromas) black fruits , subtle oak influence still somewhat firm tannins but drinking well

Fresh cassis and cranberry, rosemary, fennel, anise. Neutral oak. A fruit forward expression from Marsannay. Medium plus acidity, low to moderate minus tannin, medium minus concentration/staining/body.

Earthy papery bandaid with dark fruits, salty ocean air, solid tannins and nice balance

Nice ripe fruit but oak/tannins slightly overshadow the fruit. Opened up with a couple of hours in the decanter, have enjoyed other Bouvier offerings more for their more linear simplicity

Just met a dog breed from Flandres with the same name;) coincidental & solid acidity balanced with tannin. This is a working burgundy perfect for a beef stir fry with strong sautéed red onions. We paired it seamlessly with a lomo Saltado. This Pinot brought subtle flavors to pique. Agreeably to former reviewer that it will acquiesce to greatness in due time.
