This is a delicious Champagne from the great 2008 vintage.

Light yellow in color with a golden hue.

Medium plus in body with small bubbles and medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with a nice mouthfeel. Elegant and complex.

Showing bruised apples, yeast, citrus, brioche, spices, minerals, sea salt, light river rocks, earth and white pepper.

Long finish with limes and almonds.

This 15 year old Champagne is rich and very enjoyable by itself or with food.

Nicely balanced and concentrated, with nice complexity and mouthfeel.

Love this RM. Beaming acid, great energy, almost lacy texture to it. Vintage? Wondering how it will uncoil with some age, so fresh right now.

Quite bright and primary. Bracing acid and so primary I fear I've committed infanticide. Bright, clean and mineral, and about as perfectly crafted and pure as any bubbles I've had in a decade. Drink in 10-15 years if you still have. I need a time machine! 15tg Anniversary wine with homemade chicken piccata and humboldt fog mashed potatoes.

2008 -I love this wine, and this vintage has all the things. Give 20 minutes air post pop. That's if you can keep it out of your gob!

Well, I only "buried" this bottle for an additional 5 months... very fresh, primary and youthful still! shocker... Showed a little more roundness and flesh in the middle than the last bottle. Looking forward to the future...
