From a half bottle. Popped and poured; no formal notes. Persistent mousse. Lovely notes of white peach, pear, brioche and chalky minerals. Super well balanced. Gimonnet rarely disappoints. A multi-vintage blend from 2010-2019. Disgorged May 31, 2021. Dosage 6 g/L.

Absolutely love this. Tense and chalky, great mineral. Subtle biscuit note with lots of citrus.

A true classic Blanc de Blancs, renowned for being well made, pale lemon, fine bubble flow and light mousse, aromas of fresh stone fruits, warm biscuits and hints of floral notes. On the palate fresh fruit flavors of white peaches and crisp apple with hints of citrus zest. Long finish ending with rich yeasty mineral character, a favorite.

Not the longest or most complex champagne but pointing out shortcomings is fairly challenging

Bright! Green apple galore. Doughy. Some lime zest and green gooseberry. Developing minerality. Mousse could be finer, and needs more time in the cellar, but overall very good. Base ‘11 through ‘16, disgorged ‘18

Disgorgement 25 June 2018 dosage: 6 g/l. 100% Chardonnay. SO GOOD. Great biscuity, yeasty character with ripe fruit wrapped in acid. Yum.
