Such hierarchy of flavor. Pitter patter of a finish.

A bit closed at first, but all the stuffing of a potentially great white burgundy. Powerful yet balanced, improved immensely and gained complexity with time in glass. Will wait a couple more years before I pop another. Will only get better with time. Thanks @Lyle Fass!

Nose is so beguiling. Instantly seductive. Slow ox then 3 hrs in the decanter. Beautiful wine. So mineral. Meyer lemon, candied fruits, wet stone, vanillin. Palate does a delicate dance before a huge finish. Slightly closed right now, give these time and/or air. Lovely stuff.
