La Rocca, made from 100% Garganega and aged for 15 months in large barrels. Bright intense yellow with aromas of tropical fruits and gentle oak notes, rich and complex. On the palate apple and orange zest with nutty flavors and vivid acidity. Smooth and elegant the wine ends with oak, mineral notes and gentle spice. Tasting Sample.

Deeper in flavor with a complexity that hides just below the surface of this wine that needs another year or two or plenty of air now to start showing it's layers more noticeably. sets the imagination adrift to high altitude vistas, with delicate, breezy aromas of wild mint, resinous mountain air, white flowers, and white peaches. Crafted from 100% Garganega, it's golden-robed and silky on entry with bright, deliciously tart acidity delineating richer lemon curd and stone fruit notes. Pleasingly fleshy and full with a medium length finish tinged with sea salt. Really lovely. Sample

You’ll be hard pressed to find a greater Soave out there. This wine at this age needs air to show its full potential. The nose shows sweet ripe melon, raw hazelnut, cut grass and fresh herb garden. The palate is soft and bright at the same time. Flavors of crunchy pear, green melon and citrus zest combine with dried bitter herbs and big round acidity. The finish is incredibly long and shows off the cleansing acidity and a kiss of stone fruit. A wonderful wine that deserves to age.
