Signature Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne Chardonnay

Underripe pineapple nose shows lemon zest, steely lime, ethereal jasmine, cool grapefruit, green pear, pea purée. Zesty lemon leaps from the glass and races along the palate, finishes lime and key lime, with a mineral oscillation. Chalky and refreshing simultaneously. Very satisfying dance of exotic starfruit and yellow pear tomato. Ginger and grapefruit build to a crescendo on an refreshingly buoyed, boisterous conclusion.

All apples and lemon drop on the nose with firm but not aggressive acidity in the mouth. Refreshing, clean and a splendid aperitif

A blend of four different vineyard sites

A clear pale gold in the glass. Some very nice perlage with small, zippy bubbles that are quite persistent. Medium intensity on the nose with lemon drops and nectarines immediately. All vibrant citrus at first whiff with tangerines and orange slices. Chalky minerality and moist stone abounds here with green apples beginning to dominate the nose in a very pleasant manner.

Creamy and vivacious at times, this is a very pure expression of Chardonnay from le Mesnil sur Oger. Zippy yet restrained acidity and innate freshness. A core of herbs and slightly toasted bread dance on the tongue. The star of the show is the minerality. Just wonderful here and really elevates the whole package. Medium long finish showcasing those citrus fruits. A really fun Blanc de Blancs.

Boca: Seco, Acidez M+, Alcohol M

Straight shot down the middle. Gonet is textbook, a reference point. The best in Champagne deviate. Rich, concentrated, but maybe uninspiring. Lemony fruits, good acid, and wet yeast. Eyes open.

Classsic and elegant. Aromas of ginger, lemon, and brioche. Fine piercing bubbles with flavors of lemon, minerals, yellow apple, on top of a doughy foundation. Lots of structure but also light and thirst quenching with good concentration, depth, and a persistent finish.
