Belle Côte Chardonnay

A very oaky toasty nose roasted nuts butterscotch and leesy with a ton of tropical fruit vanilla spice. Very sweet and creamy rhubarb strawberry shortcake very rich with a long finish laced with oak spice but balanced finish. Most excellent

Gorgeous nose of lychee & marmalade jam. Tropical fruits on palate - pineapple & quince. Alcohol a touch high, long finish.

The style is more restrained than I remember.

A great producer of Chardonnay. Lovely.

Another favourite Californian Chardonnay

Oh my, what a fantastic Chardonnay. With a bit of age on it, it’s got just a hint of funk on top of hints of vanilla and apple. My first Peter Michael chard, definitely won’t be my last.

Nectar of the gods

Very pretty wonderfully rich dense and full of vanilla, ripe sweet long and sexy. Great purity and dense. Yum

Cheese course! For Mother's Day, as mom likes Chardonnay. I think I prefer PM's "La Carriere" a bit more than this one.
