Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Tony and his wife Herta purchased 30 acres of land in the Napa Valley with the magic ingredient - location. With 1% Malbec added, Aromas of dark berry fruit and woodsy spice. On the palate cherry and ripe raspberry flavors with cacao, oak and herb pepper notes. Firm tannins ready to age, nice acidity, good balance on lingering finish.

This really improved during the two hour drinking window. Peju is absolutely delicious in this vintage and straddles the line between being intellectually stimulating and hedonistic!
Give this bad boy an hour breathing time for optimal enjoyment.

Will definitely buy again and make it into my weekly rotation. Typical Napa cab with bold flavors.

We were impressed with this example. Lovely floral nose, coupled with caramel and cinnamon. Nice upright structure, framed by bold tannins. Palette is consistent with the nose. Bright acidity complements the finish. Great value.

Black cherry, currant and plum. Asian spice, cocoa, and eucalyptus. M acid. M+ chalky and chewy tannins. M+ body. M finish. Definitely a Napa Cabernet.

Crowd pleaser. Very easy drinking. Not as earthy as I tend to prefer but seems like it would be a great wine to serve that most could enjoy

Dark chocolate and dried plums and dried black cherries. Medium acidity. Chalky smooth tannins. Delicious. Got better after open an hour.
