Nose is strawberries, mushrooms, funk, forest. Palate is big and complex. Strawberries, more fungi, cedar, plum, herbs that I can’t quite pinpoint, and excellent acid that lingers. Obviously new work but in a great way.

This is bigger but delicious. Salty air nose with savory clove, soy, and mushroom aromas surround blueberry and jammy cherry. Fine tannins so it’s still transparent and elegant.
