Feels very much like one from New Zealand. Spicy and interesting.
I paired it with a lump crab and cheese appetizer.

Light white gold color. Bright aromas of gooseberry, tropical fruits, peaches, white flowers, green apple, lime and fresh herbs/grass. Plentiful lime and grapefruit on the palate with hints of green apple, peach and fresh herbs. A pleasant spiciness on the finish. Medium-light bodied and medium-plus acidity. Very refreshing. Quite “New Zealand-like” in style. Thanks for the bottle, Kase!

Plentiful lime and grapefruit on the palate with hints of green apple, peach and fresh herbs. A pleasant spiciness on the finish. Medium-light bodied and medium-plus acidity. Very refreshing.
