High toned, zippy, and lacy. Delicate floral and fruit aromas paired with brisk citrus notes and a cool and pleasant kiss of bitterness. Pear blossoms, honeysuckle, pineapple quince. Very primary and not much in the way of minerality but I suspect some time in bottle will let that shine. Delicious with thai flavor profiles

Very pale and super crisp. Strong acidity and quite floral. Pear, watermelon rind, green apple. Not as much minerality as I was hoping for but a nice summer wine.
