Much better with food. Moderate tannins, some black fruit, not much standing power. Doesnt compare to the better Etns Rosso’s ive had.

Rich and acidic. Almost gritty. Blueberries, rasberries. Maybe slightly waxy.

Very zippy and to the NYT point, a bit ‘nervous’. Herbal, yes, but woody. A bit mentholy and astringent but interesting...
