Good deep body flavor, however slightly bitter on the after taste and not worth the $60 label. if this was 30 dollars would rate a 8.8-8.9

Great, super-drinkable meritage. Holds on to the rich character of the petite sirah, but nicely balanced with the grenache for a more versatile wine.

Love the bad ass label and name. You need a machete to cut through this luscious wine. Enjoying this at Blackwolf Run at Kohler

Had a ‘16 a few weeks ago. Blueberries, vanilla, a tiny bit of wet earth and fresh herbs. One thing I have noticed with Orin Swift wines is that they use the thickest wine bottles. No messing around there

Boom! This wine is super purple inky. And incredibly in your face with big berry flavors and a roundness and lush bursting profile. There’s nothing subdued or elegant. This is just big.

Funky labels aside - I enjoyed this wine and reminded me a touch of Turley without Turley’s distinctiveness of fruit and site flavors. A good blend and great wine when you just want to drink wine. I could see this being good at a tailgate.

Great entry level wine in the Orin Swift arena, balanced, drinkable, bold and audacious. . .

This one is CA big, inky red opulence in a glass. Very concentrated vanilla, spice box, blackberry compote and blueberry jam on the nose with grippy tannins and some dried violets on the palate.
