Hmmm… this is complex, rich, layered, dark color, and oh so luscious. Like Muddy Waters said, Big leg women sure got something good, People, they's crying about it in the neighborhood. @PaddockClub Elkhart Lake WI — 2 years ago
Well well well, balanced she said. Bright and earthy after uncorking but slow the horses! This beautiful wine opened up to reveal balance, elegance, light fruit, and smooth depth. This is the perfect age to drink it. Enjoying ourselves at Lupi & Iris in Milwaukee. — 2 years ago
Needs 10 minutes to open up like preheating the oven before stuffing it with the meat, Haha. Seriously tho, this is at first was light bright and crisp but given some time reveals a lush deepness with plumb, hint of pepper, dark Italian cherry or tart cranberry. It’s dry and Perfecto!

Aromatic, full bodied, dark color, thin legs and fast moving, bitter and I’m in the mood for it! It’s been one hell of a day. Dining at Moxie in Whitefish Bay WI, June 2023. — a year ago
Leather notes like a 1970 Porche 911 Targa. If you’re not a Porche fan, just know It’s classic and sexy. Once opened it was a slow rumble, deep and rich. After some miles, I thought it would open up more but, hey, sometimes a smooth ride is very good. — 2 years ago

Enjoying a heart warming dinner at our local haunt Sala da Pronzo. This opens immediately drinkable bright and spicy with vanilla. Mellowed out a bit, still a spicy warmth and enjoyable. — a year ago
At Steak 48 in Philadelphia. This beautiful wine compliments our aged ribeye with warmth, subtlety, gentle sophistication, a little berry and leather, and a slight herbal floral at the end. It’s all around elegant, much like my Karl Lagerfeld dress. Muah! — 2 years ago
Love the bad ass label and name. You need a machete to cut through this luscious wine. Enjoying this at Blackwolf Run at Kohler — 2 years ago

Enjoying at Stefano’s in Sheboygan WI; seriously worth the drive! This beautiful, delicate and sophisticated wine greets you with cherry and a lovely brick color, that quite honestly smacked me upside the head! Like wow! Don’t be deceived by its lush approachable appearance. This wine is yummy and I think it’s going to be my new go-to! It paired well with a 6meat stuffed pasta in a butter pecan sauce as well as a fresh Alaskan halibut topped with capers and artichoke. Thank Gawd Sheboygan isn’t on everyone’s radar! More for us!!
