Brioche, lemon, it smells like breakfast dessert-type foods. French toast, strawberries and cream. Not as complex as some but solid. Very busy visually and after a vigorous swirling in a white wine glass still holds a sharp carbonation on the palate.

The largest Champagne house in France, Moët et Chandon was founded in 1743 by Claude Moët. Light Golden yellow with a bouquet of stone fruits with citrus notes and yeasty tones. Plenty of bubbles dancing in the flute. From about 200 crus this cuvèe is blended from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Complex apple and pear flavors, nutty characteristics and minerality carry this wine to a lingering finish ending with a distinctive chalky taste from the soil and some toasty notes. A Fav!
