This 7 year old red blend from Lodi is past its prime, but still drinkable.

Dark ruby in color with a reddish/brick rim.

Full bodied and bold with medium acidity.

Dry to off dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, vinaigrette and peppercorn.

Short finish with soft tannins.

Alcohol is well integrated by now. Rich extracted and somewhat sweet.

15% alcohol by volume.

Very fruity on the nose with blackberries, black currants, cooked strawberries, cherry pie, raisins, dried fruits, light oak, vanilla, spices, chocolates, licorice, earth, pencil lead and black pepper.

Full-bodied and bold with medium acidity and long long legs.

Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with blackberries, black plums, vanilla, licorice, earth, spices, peppercorn, chocolates, tobacco, graphite and light vegetables.

Medium finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.

This is an enjoyable Red Blend from Lodi California. Very fruity and spicy with mild complexity and a great mouthfeel.

Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up and builds some structure.

Good for parties and good by itself or with food.

This is a very nice red blend from Lodi. Well balanced with a nice mouthfeel and mild complexity.

Good by itself or with food, and would pair very well with a burger. Good now and will probably be a little better in the next year or two. A great everyday red wine.
