Wonderful wine. Nose is sauvage strawberries, baking spices and light cherry. So clean and pure. Fantastic. Wow what a fine mousse. Perfectly ripe fruit and such purity. Creamy and energetic. So silky. Delicious and fun. Really elegant as well. Flavors of early season cherry, strawberry and watermelon. Amazingly refreshing. Lovely wine.
