Épernay Brut Champagne Blend

Lime zest, clean, bright yeast and acidity.

Steely lime,pear, ginger, and clove on the nose. Fine bubbles, medium acid, and rich flavor. Mostly Pinot Noir and it shows. Perfect with an assortment of soft cheese.

Champagne blend of Pinot Noir (46%), Meunier (37%) and Chardonnay (17%). Aromas of green orchard fruit, brioche and light sweet spice. Flavors of green apple, pear and citrus fruit, raw nuts, ginger and a hint of bing cherry. Prevalent chalky minerals on the medium finish. Searing acidity and quite linear. Slightly creamy texture and very refreshing. Bone dry with a steady stream of aggressive bubbles. Excellent value! Memorial Day 2026.

Still delicious

Pale and translucent hue. Aromas of almond, apple, brioche, citrus, minerals, pear, toast. Medium bodied with high acid. Pear on the palate. Good length. 46% Pinot Noir, 37% Pinot Meunier, 17% Chardonnay.

Very tasty - celebration worthy

Use this bottle to ring in the new year with. Incredible golden color, micro bubbles which lead to pure flavors of ripe apple, honey notes and a nice spice on the end. 

Another Bills’ victory deserves to be celebrated with a really good Champagne. This was it.
