Made with whole cluster Pinot noir, palate shows red fruit flavors, yeasty notes, tangy acidity with rich texture. Zesty finish, champagne like, refreshing ending with citrus notes. Nice value.

As per tradition, ringing in the New Year with a nice Cremant d'Alsace, this one a rose. Outgoing, fruity nose. Crisp, full flavored, and turning minerally on the back end. Lovely, and a great buy at $22.
