Happy Valentine’s Day! This is a copper beauty - need to open and warm up but then revealed brightness - citrus more than red fruit, slight brioche then limestone - the nose is big and round. The palette is expansive - just so full, some cherry and malo, then grapefruit, red fruit, with some flowers in the background, I can’t believe how balanced this is. Can almost smell the oak. The finish is long, starts with an acidic bite and mellows with the fruit slowly fading away. Wow.

Salmon pink and with tiny, persistent bubbles. Very fruity with guava, passion fruit and some tart strawberries. On the palate quite lean with pronounced acidity and herby edge to it. Fine froth and good length. Not your typical champagne and better with food.
