Nice medium ruby-garnet with sour cherries, stewed plums, strawberries and licorice on the nose. Medium body with, at first, stronger tannins in the front palate that evolve into beautiful silky ones on the mid palate with a nice balanced acidity. Notes of stewed plums-prunes with cherry and strawberry jam, a touch of violet and peppery spice leading to a medium short finish.

Pretty good. See my previous review. After 30 min looses it’s allure. Cherry, touch bitter, crushed marble, spicy. 13.5%.

Fresh sour cherries and tart raspberries, rich potting soil, mushrooms, rustic tannins that went beautifully with a French onion soup. Showing beautifully.

Bright and elegant Red Burgundy. Dark cherry and plum aromas and flavors. Nose is quite pleasant. Hints of oak and Forrest Floor on the finish. A little hot, but that should dissipate with bottle age.
