Pretty solid white to help along the Arroz com Frango e Chourico. Nose has nice crisp green-appley fruit, a little bit of an herbal thing, and some crushed stone. Crisp and minerally in the mouth, with good acidity. On the leaner side but nice value.

Popped yesterday, but better today. Not so much improved from the last btl, but at least this doesn't show oxidized. Meh.

Lemon cream, apple, light flowers, and touch of vanilla. Balanced on palate, round up front w nice minerality on the finish. It’s simple but very nice and worked beautifully with chicken pot pie.
