Top Notes For
Sipping Fine Wine

Blend of 70% Montepulciano and 30% Sangiovese, deep Ruby with aromas of ripe red and black fruits with spice and sweet notes. On the palate very jammy blackberry and ripe cherry, has a sweetness probably from a cold soak or extended maceration, notes of cacao and espresso also on the palate. Fine chewy tannins, medium+ finish ending with robust fruit, cacao and spice. Organic! Good value!

Deep purple and full-bodied. Dark fruits and baking spices. Medium-strong tannic structure.

Very drinkable wine. Lots of balanced sweetness and some old profiles. Ruby colour. Dark berries in the smell. Preeety good.

This one is very nice... On the nose, some background red and black fruit but dominated by a very savory allspice and some restrained clove... On the palate, the allspice is again there and again the fruit is relegated to background... Could there be cinnamon here? More-than-medium tannin... The finish is medium, dry, and woody... A very interesting glass of wine. This is like a study in cask wood.
