Revisiting some previous acquaintances this week. J.Dorbon is really showing their long game with this vibrant Chardonnay, shimmering with acidity after 10 years. Layered experiences of under/over-ripeness make up for a rather direct finish. Ripe melon and cooked squash dominate the palate, and the fruit quality is green apple and salty, preserved lemon.
