California Merlot

Smooth with a taste of blueberries. Stays on the palate but not overwhelming. Will buy again. Was a nice pairing with the salmon I had.

Wine was a bit sharp and “green.” Aromas and flavors of cherries, blackberries, chocolate and vanilla. Some herbal notes on the finish. Oak is pretty well integrated. Needs more time.
