Concentrated wonder! I love finding Chateauneuf slayers and I’ve got one here. Rich and vibrant with incredible layers of oak. Some may need food with this wine but I have a deep palate that needs this style to get me going. Great wine, great value highly recommended!

15 mins in similar to ‘12 I had in 2015: black cherry, blackberry and white pepper. However the ‘13 in 2018 has a little more red fruit (raspberry and plum). Good with sausage and green pepper pizza. 2 hours later it developed a really yummy chocolate and spicy flavor with a medium-length finish. Somehow it reminds me of the wine version of Mexican hot chocolate. I’m not really a Gott fan, but this is definitely worth buying again (and aging for 5 years).

Easy drinking and great with food and cheeses. Good acid, low tannin, fruit flavors without being sweet.

Dark red fruits, a touch of cinnamon, some earthiness, and big tannins. Hard to beat at $17.

So this was my first Grenache. Was definitely surprised. The has a hint of buttery, but in a fantastic way. Unbelievably smooth, velvety, and very little tannin. I could do this every day, easy.

I just bought a case of this. It's becoming my favourite standard.
