Steely and lean. With Moroccan Chicken- superb. Had good depth of flavor For a relatively inexpensive Chablis- I’d get it again.

Pretty decent Chablis ! White peach, white flowers, crushed oyster shells. The palate is a model of balance with white fruits and a the acid backbone that goes a long way. Not so complex though and with a light texture. Finish with peach and white flowers again. Interesting !
