Really fine for a ‘15. Intensely seashell and brothy nose, with straw-shot apple fruit. Intense flavors show tons of Chablis minerality and none of the flabbiness that lesser examples of this vintage show. Lowish acid but still very nice for short term drinking.

Wonderful "basic" Chablis - good minerality, a hint of lemon and Oyster shell. Crisp acidity but some elegant roundness as well

P: Fairly broad, rich, chamomile, lemon,
Nice acidity, really delicious mouthfeel,
Sappy.
