Love this. Sublime and almost perfect. Nice salinity and well balanced.

Lunch with Jean-Herve to showcase the first release from a very exciting new project! Additional 4 years sur lie producing great complexity while still being lively and youthful with incredible length/finish - Can't wait to see how this ages and to taste the future releases!

Pale Gold. A touch of Apple skins and burnt mouldy oranges. Has a Sherry like oxidative quality which is not a detractor. Very fine persistent bead. The back label is most informative - based on the 2005 vintage Disgorged in 2013 and released in 2014 with a very low dosage of only 2.5 grams per litre. An austere finish with a salty tang. A very good Valentines Day bubble.

Great complex nose but disappointing on the palate, especially the finish, which was rather one-dimensional and not much better than 737.
