Hirsch wine dinner 10/21 at Amaya. Superb balance and minerality. Fresh clean linen sheets, limestone and honeydew. In a great place.

Slight disappointment. Not like others I've enjoyed. Not clear but cloudy. And while vibrant, noticeably lacking in the mid palate. Tasty finish, but I was left with the feeling that something was off with this bottle. No overt flaws but not right either.
