Favorite Finger Lakes Riesling, or domestic for that matter. Gorgeous pear and floral bouquet with potent flavors of apricot and honeysuckle on the palate. Lean body that showcases tons of minerals, slate, and limestone. Not really dry, as there's a bit of RS but the balance with acid is spot on. Love.
