Totally delicious #fingerlakes #riesling , perhaps not as layered as the German and Alsace examples but floral, citrus notes and notably no petrol on the nose which can be polarizing. Bright acidity on the palate, absolutely dry finish, excellent wine to pair with spicier Punjabi Indian cuisine. — 2 years ago

Precise and focused acidity, revealing a base of white peach, lemon zest, and sweet ginger flavors. This demonstrates a balance between fruit and minerality as well as any. Graceful hints of jasmine, white pepper and petrol display on the nose. Finishes with concentration and longevity. This is drinking perfect, but I could honestly see this having a terrific aging potential.
