We had the 2015 Vintage on 5/25/20. An excellent Napa Cab that is well balanced and fruit forward. Tastes of cherry, raspberry plum and oak are in a wine that has a wonderful mouth feel. Excellent value. As this is young, two hours of aeration were needed to smooth out the tannins

Might have let this one get past its peak. Still has some fruit but little life left. Red berries, raspberries, plums and some flint. Still has some oakiness. Tannins have definitely softened and very drinkable but its time has passed.

Jul 28th, 2024We had the 2015 Vintage on 4/3-4/23. This is a darker toned Napa Cab. Tastes of blackberry, plum, graphite, oak and even some leather. The tannins were all smoothed out. Very good value. Wine.com; $75.

Cherry, raspberry, raisin, plum, a lot of fruit on the palette. Needed almost 3 hours to soften.

Dark fruit, moderate tannins, can taste the graphite and stone mentioned. Def needs time to open up. Prob an hr atleast. Tastes higher than 6% merlot, with some def merlot characteristics. Nice Hall wine.
