Heavenly foresty-earthy and dried cherry aromas with a beautiful texture. Lingering finish

Dark cherry through and through. A little white pepper on the palate, but this wine is a little tight at this moment. Really good balance and dense structure. Can't wait to see another bottle of this in 10 years.

Nice young but will hold

Needs time, classy but shy. Potential is there, but time needs to do its thing.

Juicy, dried red fruit, leather.

2010 carefully cellared by a wine friend. Delightful but not profound. Interesting red apple and cherry notes with hints of rosemary and fennel. A little pruney so probably peaked a year ago, but now I’m splitting hairs.

Perfect! Elegant and charming.

2010 in 2017 way too early, give it at least 5 more years. Luscious black cherry core and tar flavors.
