Pale yellow. Lovely nose with citrus, kiwi, green tree fruits, white stone fruits and a touch of white floral notes. Crisp and bright acidity (7/10) with a light plus body. Well balanced with lots of citrus, grapefruits, and some soft melon or tropical notes. Some wet gravel in the long finish too. Crazy how long this lasted, still drinking well on day four. Delicious. Drink till 2022.

If you aren't drinking this SB by now you should be. Balanced fruit and minerality without too much green grass makes this a beautiful lean wine for the summer ahead.
